Biography

Dr. Yanti Mayasari Ginting has expertise in the field of business management research, has conducted many studies in Knowledge Management, Business Innovation, Sustainable Competitive Advantage of Business, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship. Completed her undergraduate education in business administration at the Universitas Riau (Unri), completed her master's education in management science at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), and completed her doctoral program in economics at Universitas Andalas (Unand) with a dissertation that specifically examines the role of Knowledge Management in achieving Sustainable Competitive Advantage through a study of the role of Technology, Innovation, Creativity, Intellectual Capital, Social Capital in the Creative Industry.
